Earn free gas for each night when you stay at “An Evergreen Hideaway”.

The rules (they’re simple, but you must follow them exactly!):

1. Once you book our cabin, call 972.217.1830 during business hours, Monday – Friday, and register for the promotion. You must have the name of the person that the booking is under – this is important. You must do this before your stay – this is also important.
2. Within 7 days of returning from your stay, we will validate your stay with our booking agent. Upon validation, we will contact you to find out how you liked the cabin. The interview should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
3. You will receive your card in the mail after being contacted. The card will be put in the name that the booking was made under.
4. There is no limit on the amount of free gas you can earn. If you stay two weeks, you get $190 in free gas.
5. The booking can be for stays up to 1 year in advance, but the booking must be made before September 1, 2009.

The more nights you stay, the greater the discount!
